New in 2026: Clinical Supervision for LMSWs!
As someone who has benefitted from having some incredibly supportive supervisors early in my career, I have always hoped to pay it forward. I am so excited to be a support in the growth and learning of new social workers.
In supervision, as in my therapy sessions, I prioritize our fit as supervisor and supervisee. Creating a warm, responsive, and transparent relationship with my supervisees is of extreme importance to me. I view peer consultation as a special and particularly valuable part of group supervision, and encourage members of my groups to engage with and offer knowledge and support to one another. Supervision sessions consist of case consultation, discussion of clinical skills and interventions, sharing of resources, discussion of work-life balance, and, when the time comes, preparation for licensure.
We might be a good fit for supervision if you are working…
In a school-based setting
With children, teens, and their families
With children with significant behavioral and mental health needs in the school or home setting
In a community mental health setting (clinic or home-based)
As someone who worked in community and school-based mental health for 8 years prior to starting my private practice, I have significant experience with these populations and settings. This can be extremely stressful and taxing work, especially when you are early in your social work career. I’m here to be a support and guide through it all.
