I currently accept insurance from Cigna and Aetna plans.
My current self-pay rate is $160 per 55-minute session (includes intakes).
For any clients who are out-of-network, I am able to provide superbills that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Here are some questions to research or ask your insurance company to see if you can receive reimbursement for out-of-network therapy services:
Does my insurance plan offer out-of-network benefits?
Do I need to reach a deductible before my plan will cover out-of-network benefits? If so, how much?
What would my co-pay be for therapy with an out-of-network provider?
Reimbursement rates and out-of-network benefits vary across insurance providers and plans. If you are planning to submit superbills for reimbursement, you can do this yourself with your insurance company, or use third-party apps like Thrizer to submit the paperwork for you.
